Budget Friendly Out of town trip

Given the opportunity and right resources..I would travel around the globe... (wow!) but of course, before we explore other places, it is best to discover what our lovely place has to offer…

As a budget traveler (as I always call myself) all I ever need is a little help of my best friend , the internet…and as soon as the calendar turns “red” I would always look for a place where the family can relax and have a fun-filled, quality time together.

For this month, we went off to Zambales in a town called Pundaquit..

few minutes of boat ride..voila! there’s a beautiful cove called “anawangin” .

A couple of friends have been here and it’s a beautiful place indeed.  If you are looking for a place to relax and just simply wanna commune with the beauty and wonders of God’s creation…do check this place out…

Life is so simple back here…no electricity, no signs of network (or was it because I’m using Globe LOL) purely nature…

the cove is being surrounded by rocky mountains

and trees those trees which looks like pine trees (but they’re not) makes you feel like you’re in Baguio and yet by the beach .. lol

then few minutes of walk and there’s the “not-so-white beach”

but water’s very clear…

and there’s even a stream on the opposite part of the cove…

There are other islands which you can visit but since we’re traveling with kids, we opted to stay in Anawangin alone… I really wish I could tell you more of it’s beauty however, it’s half an hour past 2 am and my eyes are sooooo heavy

Given this, let me just give you an estimate of the cost : approximately 1500php per person…not bad isn’t it?

If you are travelling in group, I would suggest that you just bring your own wheels with you, for convenience especially if you are travelling with the kids.
